MAYOR IN 3RD COURT TANGLE
The $55,000 suit on file in Circuit Court today against Hamtramck’s Mayor Rudolph G. Tenerowicz, which changes he owes that sum for property he purchased, is the third in a month involving him.
The latest suit was filed in Circuit Court by Frank B. Melin of 505 East Boston boulevard, through his attorney, Irving B. Ackerman. Melin, a retired furniture dealer, charges Tenerowicz owes him for property he bought at Outer drive and West Wrexford avenue in 1926.
Tenerowicz recently filed suit for divorce, which was followed by his wife’s petition for alimony.
